September is an exciting month for our office because every youth group in the Diocese is beginning their year with the teens. We have had many things happening in our office. In September, we had our Spirt Mover bootcamp.
St. Stephen's Elementary 4th-grade students learning about using dictionaries. The whole class was shocked to learn that the longest word in the English language has 1,909 letters.

The office of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School in Greenville, SC celebrated Black Catholic History Month on November 30. 2023. In collaboration with the Office of Black Catholics the students created a program that focused on Sainthood using the arts.
Our annual Christmas program was celebrated on Friday, December 8, 2023. Christmas Around the Virgin Island was the theme. The program started with the Christmas Nativity.
In the fall of 2023, Bishop Mario Dorsonville hosted an event bringing all of the Native American communities together in celebration of faith.
Sunday, Oct. 22, Bishop Marshall was honored to celebrate Mass at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church in Mansura on the occasion of their 85th anniversary. Afterward they had a wonderful meal in the Ugandan Martyrs Center.
